Full Job Description

  • Building relationships with all Operation Directors to ensure they have confidence in their brand set up and models.
  • Give recommendations to the senior operations team to how they can improve their labour efficiency using Teamplan.
  • Rationalise requests from Operational Directors for key changes to the labour and stock operating models, making formal recommendations whilst considering the impact on the P&L.
  • Implement updates and changes to the Auto Schedule configuration limiting impact to labour costs or schedule accuracy.
  • Review Auto Schedule enhancements, making recommendations leading to more effective scheduling.
  • Use feedback on stock performance to create to improve menu availability metrics.
  • Enhance working relationships with the internal line managers to ensure all relevant teams are upskilled and kept updated on current issues, functionality and best practices.
  • Maintain relationships and on-going dialogue between internal business functions and external customers, focusing on service improvement and delivery.
  • Assess current performance versus system capability identifying any gaps
  • To support the team to make continuous improvements across both the stock & labour system.

    Exceptional communication skills with the ability to adept at engaging stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
  • Exceptional problem solver, combining sharp analytical thinking with practical solutions.
  • Highly skilled in multitasking, managing multiple workstreams seamlessly with excellent time management and organisational abilities.
  • Skilled at influencing stakeholders, guiding change in complex environments with confidence and strategic communication.
  • Proven ability to translate complexity into actionable insights, communicating intricate issues to drive meaningful change.
  • Experienced in AI and analytical tools, applying them to investigations and impact assessments for data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience managing labour budgets
