Job Description
We are currently recruiting an experienced Steel Fixer for an RC frame project based in Bath. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and skilled tradesperson to join an ongoing scheme for a 4-6 week contract, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.
Duties will include:
- Fixing steel reinforcement to drawings and specifications
- Cutting, bending, and tying rebar as required
- Working as part of a groundworks/RC frame team
- Ensuring all work meets health & safety standards on site
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Steel Fixer on RC frame projects essential
- Valid CSCS card
- Own PPE
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
