Your role:
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of compliance across Wigan Council's housing stock and corporate estate. You will lead statutory compliance programmes, including gas, electrical, asbestos and legionella management, ensuring our homes and buildings remain safe, compliant and well-maintained. Working closely with senior leaders, contractors and stakeholders, you will drive service excellence through robust governance, performance management and data-led decision making. This is a high-profile leadership opportunity to influence strategy, champion continuous improvement, manage risk effectively, and ensure we meet our responsibilities as a trusted landlord.
