Must evidence excellent customer service, problem solving and critical thinking skills in a fast pace environment.
Candidate will be expected to deal with vulnerable victims and sensitive information.
Must evident excellent listening skills and attention to detail when creating incident logs.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Station Enquiry Office team in a resilience role in a full- time position. You will be based at Newport Central station.This is a very challenging role, however very rewarding.

This role will be 6 on 4 off with weekend working included.
