Overview of the role The postholder will conduct audits, reviews and investigations to ensure providers and trainers comply with UKROEd's professional standards, values, license requirements and relevant regulations relating to the NDORS Scheme. This will include gathering and analysing evidence, interviewing relevant individuals and producing clear reports that identify compliance risks, learning and recommended actions. They will support annual provider reviews, provisional license applications and license reviews, working closely with internal teams, assessors, police forces, providers and other external stakeholders. The role also involves maintaining accurate compliance records, monitoring emerging issues, supporting policy and training development and assisting with internal and external audits. The postholder must be confident working independently, managing multiple stakeholders and representing UKROEd professionally. The role requires attendance at monthly departmental
