Full Job Description
As a Standards Compliance Officer, you'll help keep the adventure running safely by auditing our centres and wider business areas to make sure they're operating in line with PGL policies, procedures and standards. From spotting opportunities for improvement to supporting teams with best practice, your work will play an important part in creating safe, high-quality experiences for our guests and colleagues.
- You've got experience in an activity centre, operational environment or auditing/inspection role, with a strong understanding of what safe, well-run centres look like.
- You hold (or are willing to work towards) Level 3 Education and Training, H&S Level 4 or IOSH equivalent, and Food Safety Level 3 qualifications, or equivalent relevant experience.
- You're confident managing, influencing and supporting others, building positive relationships that help teams do their best work.
- You have strong observational and analytical skills, with the confidence to spot risks, identify improvements and offer practical solutions.
- You're a clear, confident communicator.
- You take ownership of your work, manage your time effectively and focus on the activities that add the most value.
- You're a team player who helps create a culture of mutual support and continual improvement. A place to thrive
- Earn £28,212 per annum (our pay system is benchmarked and fair) plus Company Car.
- Full Time Permanent Contract.
- Remote role with regular travel to Southern centres and Support Centres (occasional travel to French centres may also be required).
