Stand In Labour Coordinator - Forza - Normanton

Join Our Dynamic Team at Forza Foods! We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for as Stand in Labour Coordinator to become a vital part of our onsite Labour Team at Forza Foods. If you are passionate and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you! Position Details: Schedule: 4 on 2 off, rotating shifts between 6:30am and 10:30pm Location: Forza Foods, Normanton - Site based role Contract Type: Permanent Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for planning, organizing and scheduling workers to ensure that company's labour requirements and needs are fulfilled and colleagues booked as required
• Ensure factory management are supported at the start of shift in ensuring colleagues are in the correct areas
• Assist in processing weekly payroll hours
• Process annual leave for operatives whilst ensuring production requirements for staff are also met
• Any other duties as requested by management

• Computer skills, including word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook
