Staffing Operational Lead

Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is seeking an experienced and motivatedTemporary Staffing Operational Leadto support the delivery of a safe, effective and compliant temporary staffing service across the Trust. This is a pivotal leadership role within our evolving Temporary Staffing service, focused on operational excellence, workforce sustainability and value for money. As the Temporary Staffing Operational Lead, you will:

• Provideday-to-day operational leadershipfor the Trust's Temporary Staffing team across Bank and Agency staffing services.
• Support the delivery of asafe, compliant and efficient workforce supply model, helping services maintain safe staffing levels and continuity of care.
• Lead initiatives toincrease bank utilisation, reduce agency reliance and improve performance against key staffing KPIs.
• Provide expert advice and support to managers on temporary staffing, workforce planning, agency controls and compliance requirements.
• Oversee workforce systems, operational reporting, governance processes and supplier relationships to ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Support the Temporary Staffing Manager in delivering service improvement, transformation and strategic workforce initiatives.
