Staffing Coordinator (Band 2)

Join our friendly and ambitious Temporary Staffing Team and help shape the future of workforce delivery at Croydon Health Services. As we transition from NHS Professionals to a fully managed in-house Staff Bank, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to support the recruitment, onboarding, deployment and engagement of temporary workers across the Trust. Main duties of the job What you'll do

• Coordinate temporary staffing requests and shift bookings.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and compliance checks for bank workers.
• Provide advice and support to managers and temporary workers.
• Maintain workforce information across staffing systems.
• Support the growth of the Trust's in-house Staff Bank.
• Contribute to service improvement and workforce transformation initiatives., Help us build a modern, innovative and sustainable Staff Bank service that supports safe staffing and excellent patient care.
  
  Administrative or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Essential
• Demonstrates experience of delivering a high-quality administrative and customer service function in a busy environment, managing competing priorities and responding effectively to managers, workers and stakeholders.
Workforce Systems, Data Accuracy and Digital Competence Essential
• Demonstrates confidence using digital systems and maintaining accurate records, with the ability to produce, interpret and use workforce information to support operational decision-making and service performance.
Partnership Working and Communication Essential
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, providing advice, guidance and support across organisational boundaries.
Continuous Improvement, Change and Workforce Transformation Essential
• Demonstrates an ability to identify service improvements, adapt to change and contribute positively to workforce transformation initiatives, supporting the development of efficient, customer-focused services.
