• Strong coding skills in Python, Rust, C++ or Go
• Experience with high-performance or distributed systems
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Kafka, AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD

Compensation Up to £160,000 base, 25% performance bonus, and equity, plus full benefits and hybrid flexibility.
