Staff Plan Coordinator (Rota Management) 25 hours per week 8am to 1pm Monday to Friday £12.21 per hour Leeds Outreach - Based at our office in LS11 Looking for a role where every day counts? You'll: âœ"️ Create and maintain rotas ensuring all staff receive their contractual hours, and the people we support receive the support they need âœ"️ Use our system (One
Touch) to schedule staff efficiently âœ"️ Ensure staff rotas include team meetings, supervision and appraisal meetings in line with policy and procedure âœ"️ Monitor absences and arrange seamless cover âœ"️ Book training, update records, and make sure the right people are prepared and present ðŸ"" What We're Looking For: Experience with rota planning or scheduling would be a real advantage, full training on our systems will be provided. Confidence using IT systems, a flexible approach, and great organisational skills are key to succeeding in this role. Strong administrational background. Desirable: A good understanding of the needs of vulnerable adults and the importance of delivering consistent, high-quality care.
