Full Job Description

To provide individualised nursing care to patients in a compassionate and caring manner

To assess care needs and develop, implement and evaluate these without supervision

To practice in accordance with the NMC codes, The Code (2018) and any other mandatory or organisational standards

To participate in and contribute to the implementation of change strategies aimed at improving professional practice and the overall efficiency of the ward or department, To actively participate in the delivery of a high standard of vital patient centred care in a compassionate and caring manner

To assess care needs and develop, implement and evaluate these without supervision

To practice in accordance with the NMC codes, The Code (2018) and any other mandatory or organisational standards

To participate in and contribute to the implementation of change strategies aimed at improving professional practice and the overall efficiency of the ward or department

To participate within a team led environment to the smooth running of the ward and the positive experience of patients that embraces a positive provision of services
