Staff Nurse (various posts)

Providing nursing care within the ward environment, including acting as a named nurse for a defined group of patients

Assessing, planning, and delivering nursing care in collaboration with patients and their families/carers, ensuring it reflects individual needs and preferences

Accurately observing, communicating with, and engaging service users to assess their needs and evaluate their progress

Actively participating in quality improvement initiatives and clinical governance processes

Monitor and review Nursing Care plans & acting as an advocate for the patients.

We are seeking a qualified Staff Nurse or newly qualified preceptee nurse who is able to deliver excellent clinical and organisational skills. The post holder will be dynamic and have a clear vision of what excellent patient care looks and feels like.

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse or Newly Qualified Nursing Preceptee (RMN), you will provide person-centred care by assessing, planning, delivering and evaluating nursing care tailored to patients' individual needs. Monitor patient progress, update care plans, respond to changes in condition, and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care.

Prioritise and delegate nursing responsibilities, maintain professional standards by adhering to safeguarding, medicines management, the NMC Code, and organisational policies. Committed to continuous professional development, you will participate in clinical supervision and strive to deliver high-quality, compassionate care while promoting positive outcomes for patients and their families.

Relevant nursing qualification or preceptee nurse in their first nursing role.
