Job overview


Our newly expanded and refurbished Neonatal Unit has a total of 21 cots, caring for over 450 intensive, high dependency and special care babies per year. Alongside this we have a busy Transitional Care area and a well-established Neonatal Outreach service. The priority of our multi-disciplinary team is to provide a high standard of care in partnership with the family.


Two fixed term vacancy have arisen for motivated and enthusiastic Band 5 nurses, to join our neonatal team.


We will actively encourage and support you in developing your career by offering in house education and training plus secondment of appropriate candidates to relevant neonatal courses.


You will be RN qualified with a particular interest in neonatology and commitment and enthusiasm to progress in this field. Experience within neonates or paediatrics would be an advantage but in house training will be given.
