Staff Nurse - Mental Health Inpatients

An exciting opportunity has arisen for one motivated and compassionate Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) to join our dynamic inpatient mental health team at Woodview, Mental Health Inpatient Hospital.

Our inpatient service provides high-quality, recovery-focused care to adults experiencing acute mental health difficulties. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based interventions in a safe, therapeutic environment.

We are looking for enthusiastic nurses who are committed to delivering person-centred care and promoting recovery, dignity, and respect for all service users., o Provide high-quality, safe, and effective nursing care to patients within the inpatient settingo Undertake comprehensive mental health assessments and risk assessmentso Develop, implement, and evaluate person-centred care planso Administer medication in accordance with NMC and Trust policieso Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary teamo Promote recovery-focused and trauma-informed practiceo Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentationo Participate in ward-based therapeutic activities and interventionso Contribute to maintaining a safe and supportive ward environment

o Be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registrationo Demonstrate a passion for inpatient mental health careo Have excellent communication and interpersonal skillso Be able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environmento Demonstrate sound clinical judgement and risk management skillso Be committed to continuous professional development
