A fantastic opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and dynamic Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our District Nursing Teams within Trafford.

Trafford Local Care Organisation brings together NHS Community Health Services and Adult Social Care in Trafford. District Nursing operates as a 24-hour serviceand successful applicants will be expected to work flexiblybetween the hours of 8:00am and 10:00pm over 7 days per weekas part of the rota.

We are open to discussing flexible working patterns.

Travel is an essential part of this role; therefore, applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.

As a Registered General Nurse, you will work within our District Nursing Service to provide skilled, patient-centred nursing care to adults within their own homes and a range of community settings. You will collaborate closely with GP practices, Integrated Neighbourhood Teams and wider health and social care partners to ensure care is well coordinated and has a measurable positive impact on patient outcomes.

We are seeking nurses who can demonstrate strong leadership qualities, effective teamwork skills, and the ability to work autonomously when required. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential.

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate a genuine interest in community nursing and a desire to contribute to our integrated neighbourhood model. We welcome applicants with transferable clinical skills who are keen to develop their careers in the community.
