Staff Nurse - ITU

As a Staff Nurse within our Intensive Therapy Unit, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to critically ill patients with complex medical, surgical and cardiac needs. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will monitor and assess patients, respond to changing clinical conditions and contribute to the delivery of safe, effective and patient-centred care.

You will support patients and their families throughout their critical care journey, ensuring excellent communication and a compassionate approach at all times. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced technologies and specialist treatments while developing your clinical knowledge and critical care skills.

You will also contribute to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, quality improvement and professional practice within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Youll work closely with experienced Critical Care Nurses, Consultant Intensivists and specialist teams, providing evidence-based, compassionate care to critically ill patients and supporting their families through complex care journeys.
