Staff Nurse in MAU and AMRU - Band 5 (Internal Only)

The post holder will deliver high-quality, patient-centred nursing care in a fast-paced environment, supporting the early recognition and management of acute illness. Working closely with the multidisciplinary team, the Staff Nurse will play a key role in patient flow, safety, and the delivery of effective and efficient care in line with national standards and Trust policies., We welcome applications from Graduate visa holders; it is important to note that you must have a minimum of 6 months before this expires at the start of your employment for training and operational reasons., The role of a Staff Nurse is to support in the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of high quality nursing care. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the staff nurse will ensure patients receive the highest level of care, delivered using a holistic, patient-focused approach, while ensuring high standards of documentation are maintained. Deliver high-quality,safe, and compassionate nursing care in accordance with professional standards, policies, and evidence-based practice.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care plans to meet physical, psychological, and social needs.
• Monitor, record, and report patient condition, recognising and responding appropriately to signs of deterioration
