Full Job Description
Are you a Registered Nurse, passionate about Palliative and End of Life care and looking for a new challenge?
We are looking for someone who holds a high amount of empathy and compassion, and who can make a real difference not only to our patients but to their family and support network., As a member of our team you will have excellent opportunities for training and development to enable you to expand your skills within Palliative and End of Life Care.
You will be responsible for providing symptom management and complex end of life care to patients living with life limiting conditions. You will be able to make a real difference to peoples lives every single day, supporting our patients and their families.
You will also be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidence based patient care and for providing invaluable support to the patients family.
You will be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration, who is able to demonstrate a commitment to their own CPD.
You will have excellent clinical skills and experience and be able to work under supervision and on your own initiative to provide the highest standards of care and support to your patients and their families.
You will have good communication skills, with sound experience of symptom management gained with a Hospice/Hospital or Nursing Home environment.
You will be willing to learn new skills and expression to develop your own practices.

Full time, 37.5 hours a week, working a variety of shift patterns including nights, lates, earlies, Bank Holidays and weekends on a planned rota basis.
