Full Job Description
As a key member of our team, you'll help plan our patient discharges, ensuring each patients needs are met and supported with a passion to embrace the patients day. Your enthusiasm will shine through as you engage patients in fun, uplifting activities like arts & crafts, card games, and even strolls outside, all designed to promote independence and well-being., Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care programs under the guidance of senior staff.

In this dynamic role, your ability to communicate effectively with patients, carers, and families will be the cornerstone of fostering strong therapeutic relationships and delivering compassionate support. You'll dive deep into your speciality, combining practical skills with a solid theoretical foundation. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care--adapting strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
