You will be part of a supportive team that values compassion, dignity, and making every moment matter.,
- A Registered Nurse (NMC Registered)
- Experience in community or palliative care nursing (newly qualified considered)
- Someone passionate about delivering exceptional care
- Must hold a current drivers licence and have access to independent transport
