Full Job Description
The role of the Staff Nurse at Chartridge Ward is to support patients at the later stage of their inpatient experience.
You will need to have a good understanding of the discharge process as well as a thorough understanding of the implications of prolonged hospital stays and the impact this can have on patients and their relatives.

This includes Thame (Oxfordshire), Tring (Hertfordshire) and Leighton Buzzard (Bedfordshire). We provide care to over half a million patients every year. We have over 6,000 highly trained clinical staff. This includes doctors, nurses, midwives, health visitors, therapists, and healthcare scientists. Amersham Hospital is one of several Community Hospitals within the Trust. Interviews taking place in Chartridge Ward, Amersham Hospital. Chartridge Ward support it's 22 bedded unit that cares for patients who are medically well and are awaiting discharge plans to be completed before they can be safely discharged home.
