To organise, prepare and assist with specialist clinics e.g., wound review clinic, Skin cancer lists and casualty.

Prepare medical and orthodontic notes for clinics including obtaining investigation results from computerised systems - Xrays MRI and CT scans.

Obtaining Orthodontic appliances from the laboratory.

Take on responsibility for personal development and support the development and supervision of others by developing and maintaining specialist knowledge.Conduct oneself in a professional manner and be a role model to less experienced and new staff at all times

Work proactively to ensure that every patient attendance meets the patient's expectations and needs with timely undertaking of procedure and effective communication with relatives, patients and carers., This post is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team and support the speciality to ensure the provision of a high standard of patient care. Our patients will expect and will receive the highest standards of professional care by all members of the team.The hours required are:Weekdays 08:30 - 17:00Weekends 08:30 - approx 12:30

Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) have come together in a Group arrangement, with the goal of improving the care provided to patients across the county.

This will not constitute a formal merger of the two organisations, but will bring the Trusts together under a single Board and Executive Leadership Team, with the goal of improving the care that is provided to patients both in the community and in hospitals across Lincolnshire. Both Trusts will retain their separate statutory names and legal obligations.

The Group will be known as Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group (LCHG).
