Job summary
Ward AM2 is an acute medical ward specializing in respiratory medicine. We treat patients with a full range of respiratory diseases including: COPD, Asthma, Lung Cancer, Bronchiectasis, Sleep Apnoea and Infectious Lung disease.
All of our registered nurses receive training to care for patients on None invasive ventilation, patients with altered airways, tracheostomy/laryngectomy and chest drains.
We also care for patients with general medical complex conditions. It is a busy fast paced ward and we are very MDT focused to enable us to provide the best care of our patients.Sound interesting? We would encourage you to give us a call to organize an informal visit and chat.
