Full Job Description

This is a temporary role as a Staff Nurse 4 at Elysium Healthcare's Arbury Court facility in Warrington. The role involves providing high-quality, compassionate nursing care to adult women with personality disorders and mental health conditions in medium, low secure, and psychiatric intensive care (PICU) environments. The successful candidate will be an experienced mental health nurse who can work well in a multidisciplinary team to make a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals., As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will ensure adult women in medium, and low secure, and psychiatric intensive care (PICU) environments, who have Personality Disorder and Mental Health conditions receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing effective and compassionate nursing care, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care, mentoring and supporting team members, and maintaining accurate records.
