Staff Nurse

As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care to our residents while promoting their dignity, independence and wellbeing. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual care plans, ensuring all care is delivered in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct, CQC standards and AMS Care policies and procedures., Key responsibilities include administering medications safely, maintaining accurate clinical records, liaising with GPs and other healthcare professionals, supporting residents and their families, responding appropriately to incidents and safeguarding concerns, and contributing to a safe, caring and supportive environment. You will also be expected to undertake any other duties reasonably requested by the Home Manager that are appropriate to the role.
