Staff Nurse

Staff are always encouraged to develop their skills. In-house specific training is a regular occurrence which focuses on developing our staff to enhance their practice., The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.

Assist in the management and organisation of their clinical area and participating in the education, development and supervision of other staff members.
