Staff Nurse

• Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to each service users individual needs and care plan.
• Complete clinical assessments, risk assessments and care planning, monitoring changes in presentation and escalating concerns appropriately.
• Administer and monitor medication safely, including identifying and reporting any side effects or changes in physical/mental health.
• Work closely with the MDT, service users and families/carers to support recovery and achieve positive outcomes.
