Staff Nurse

The post holder will be responsible for providing all aspects of patient care through the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of programs of care. The post holder will assist and is expected to supervise junior staff and be able to teach qualified and unqualified staff. The post holder will work effectively as a member of the multi-disciplinary team to support the planning and achievement of local service objectives. The post holder will support the Matron/Sister in ensuring effective and efficient day to day running of the ward maintaining safety at all times.
