Staff Nurse

We are delighted to offer the opportunity of a staff nurse post on Tyne MH ward, secure care services, Northgate Park., Act as a Primary/Named Nurse within a multi-disciplinary team, developing collaborative, and needs based care plans, through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.

Provide excellent professional, skilled and effective person centred, evidence based nursing care.

Be actively involved in the health and wellbeing of staff and service users.

Be visible and accessible to patients, families and carers working together to ensure efficient, effective and caring services.

Contribute to achieving all performance indicators, essential standards and quality outcomes
