Full Job Description

You will develop engaging well-being programmes, celebrate staff achievements, coordinate College-wide events and strengthen the ways colleagues have their voices heard. You will also turn survey results and employee feedback into meaningful action, helping us build a positive workplace culture and deliver our People and HR Strategy. We are looking for a creative and collaborative professional with experience in employee engagement, well-being, communications or organisational culture. You will combine excellent communication and project-planning skills with the confidence to build relationships, influence colleagues and use evidence to drive improvement.
