Full Job Description
As a Staff Development Coordinator, you will work closely with our Head of Staff development, Staff Development Administrators, employees and managers across the Partnership to coordinate learning and development programmes, support professional development initatives and ensure staff have access to high-quality development opportunities.
This position will involve some cross-campus travel and the successful candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience of working to tight deadlines, in a fast paced environment. You will need to be able to work on your own initative and be a strong team player, with excellent communication skills and experience of providing great customer service. Previous experience of Learning & Development, HR or Staff Development would also be advantageous.
TEC Partnership is made up of four colleges, two training providers, a 14-16 provision and a nursery, stretching from Scarborough to Skegness with a Nottingham based campus also.
