We're looking for a SSOW (Safe Systems of Work) Administrator who will be responsible for the administration, coordination, and governance of Safe Systems of Work across a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role provides critical support for permit-to-work processes, risk assessments, method statements, contractor compliance, and engineering documentation to ensure all maintenance, project, and operational activities are undertaken safely and in accordance with GMP, statutory, and company requirements.

Role Responsibilities

-Administer and maintain the site's Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) programme.

-Review and process permit-to-work applications in accordance with site procedures.

-Ensure permits are completed accurately and authorised prior to work commencing.

-Maintain permit registers and records.

-Support the implementation of safe working practices across all FM activities

Required Qualification

-IOSH, NEBOSH, Health & Safety, Compliance, or Facilities Management qualifications.

Experience within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, GMP-regulated, or other safety-critical environment.

-Experience administering permit-to-work systems, contractor compliance programmes, and CAFM/SAP/Maximo systems.

-Knowledge of GMP, GDP, CDM Regulations, ISO standards, and permit-to-work software.
