SSD Assistant

The aim of the role is to clean, sterilise and pack instruments for use in operating theatres and ensure sets are in full working order.To deliver equipment and stock to ward and departments ensuring that all dirty equipment is returned to the SSD department for processing.Assist in the checking and processing of equipment and the wrapping of equipment ready for return to the wards/department.Transport equipment across sites as necessary to ensure a seamless service., The aim of the role is to clean, sterilise and pack instruments for use in operating theatres and ensure sets are in full working order. The successful applicant should be able to provide clean, sterile packed instruments 7 days per week.
