experience, with extensive background in Aerospace or Industrial Manufacturing.Proven success in managing and developing Quality Management Systems (QMS), with strong customer-facing experience including 8D Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations.Relevant aerospace auditing experience, with Lead Auditor certification preferred; familiarity with AS9100D, AS9102, and ISO 9001 standards.Six Sigma Green Belt minimum, with Black Belt or Lean certification desirable, alongside knowledge of NADCAP accreditation requirements and documentation control systems.Strong technical knowledge in electrical and mechanical inspection methods, calibration systems, quality assurance processes, and familiarity with SAP and Safety Management Systems (SMS).Demonstrable leadership and team development skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis, support continuous improvement, and communicate effectively with stakeholders while managing multiple priorities.Our offerWe are an equal
