Full Job Description
- Own the execution of strategic, cross-functional projects across all phases within the Commercial Excellence portfolio intended to drive improvements in 3 areas: 1) Return on selling time, 2) Ease of doing business and 3) Returning time back to sell.
- Lead cross-functional project teams through project plans delivered on time, on budget and with minimal risk.
- Assume responsibility for project updates at PMO Review with VP of Commercial Excellence and designated OpCo leaders.
- Participate in the rollout of annual improvement priorities outlined in Strategic Plans and executed through Policy Deployment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Cytiva OpCo leaders on in-flight initiatives and identify new demands for PMO initiatives from OpCo leaders.
Undergraduate degree in the Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration or related field. - 7 years of experience with exposure to the Life Sciences, Healthcare or other regulated industries.
- Proven track record of executing complex cross-functional project plans delivering business outcomes on time, on budget and with minimal risk.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, resourcefulness and ability to work independently.
- Experience making recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven and analytical methods. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 15% overnight and internationally. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Worked in or had exposure to Biopharma or Genomics companies, especially in business-to-business services or suppliers.
- Prior experience working with commercial processes (e.g. CRM, go-to-market execution etc.).
- Experience working in management consulting or commercial strategy.
