Full Job Description
As the Sr. C ommercial Operations Data Visualization & Analytics leader , you will be part of the team focused on driving breakthrough capability for the commercial deal factory proposal process. This role will lead the optimization of the commercial deal factory capacity planning process using data to more efficiently deploy global capacity and prediction of customer demand. Specifically, you will:
- Partner with cross-functional team on how to utilize system data to assess factory "health" and create enhanced visualization for strategic action taking
- Collaborate with global commercial operations teams on re-defining how we align capacity to demand and resulting standard work and training with goal to achieve one-piece flow
- Own target to improve (TTI) performance measure, action plan to improve, and problem solving
- Partner with Sales Operations team on building a rolling global demand forecast for proposals
- Translate complex data into meaningful, consumable insights with clear intent and call to action
- Work with cross-functional team to develop skill building plan to systemically shift capacity expertise
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including FLIGHT DECK, Data Management, and functional teams, to utilize data and data visualization to drive decision-making and innovation.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices in data and visualization strategy.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience within commercial, supply chain, data analytics or related field
- Proven experience in data strategy, data management, analytics, and data process flow. For UK Candidates only:

- Experience working with Salesforce.com
- Experience with Business Intelligence or Data Visualization tools (ex. CRMA, Spotfire, Tableau)
The base pay range for this position is $170,000-200,000USD annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on March 11, 2026.
