Develop and maintain SQL queries, views and tables to support reporting and analytics.
Build intuitive, high-performing Power BI dashboards for a wide range of users.
Work closely with service leads to translate business needs into clear reporting solutions.
Validate and quality-check data, identifying issues and driving improvements.
Support both routine and ad-hoc data requests across the service.
Ensure compliance with GDPR and data governance standards.
Document data models, definitions and processes to ensure sustainability.
Collaborate with partners across health and care to support joined-up reporting.
