Full Job Description
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy to cover TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and more. Align the strategy with our clients' brand identities, target audiences, and marketing objectives.
- Content Production: Using our network of UGC creators and internal team, manage all content production, overseeing UGC budget planning and allocation to maximise output and efficiency, while ensuring all briefs are social-first, insight-led and aligned to client objectives, and delivered on time.
- Content Creation: Confident using Canva to produce brand decks and briefs, while also supporting client content creation, including filming videos and executing trend-led content where needed.
- Brand Guardianship: Ensuring all content produced adheres to brand guidelines, proactively refining and evolving these where needed, and overseeing messaging, copy and design to maintain consistent, on-brand output while adapting tone of voice effectively across different client brands.
- Community Engagement: Foster engaged communities across all channels by actively managing comments, messages and interactions, while building relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
- Performance Analysis: Lead reporting and performance analysis across all accounts, using data and insights to inform strategic direction, implement test-and-learn content approaches, and continuously optimise for maximum impact.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including PR, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment across all social media channels.
- Innovation: Stay informed about the latest trends, features, and best practices on all channels, and proactively explore new opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Team Management: Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to more junior members of the social media team, fostering their professional growth and development. Delegate tasks effectively, oversee their work, and provide constructive feedback to ensure the team's success in executing social campaigns.
- Client Management: Lead client calls and day-to-day communication, providing clear updates, managing expectations and building strong, trusted relationships.
- Paid Social: Integrate paid social into campaigns, managing budget allocation, targeting and creative optimisation, using spend efficiently to boost client accounts and maximise performance.
- Influencer Partnerships: Develop and nurture relationships with influencers and content creators, both organically and through paid partnerships, to amplify our clients' brand presence and reach new audiences.Track and measure the impact of influencer collaborations on brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, and optimise partnerships for maximum effectiveness across both paid and organic channels.
The ideal candidate would be a dynamic, hard-working, creative, positive thinker with at least 3+ years' experience within social media, in an agency environment, or proven experience across numerous brands. A strong and confident leader, who can spark passion and enthusiasm and coach their team forward, while servicing clients., Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry. Agency experience is essential. - Exceptional creativity and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and an ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, trends, and best practices
- Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and thrive in a very fast-paced environment, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.
- Experience of operating TikTok shop and creating strategies to support online sales channels.
