Sports Teaching Assistant

St Rumon's CE Infant School is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant with a particular focus on sports and physical education to join their team. We are looking for someone who has experience of delivering high quality PE and is a great team player, who wants to be involved in all aspects of school life. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to make a difference to the provision for our pupils. Successful candidates will: -

· Be able to work in partnership with the current teaching staff and PE lead, to complement their delivery of the national curriculum

· Have the ability to plan and deliver structured teaching and learning activities for groups of pupils

· Provide support for pupils, MTAs, teachers and the school in order to raise standards of achievement for all

· Be able to work creatively and flexibly

· Be able to prioritise tasks effectively
