Full Job Description
- Planning and delivering exciting and progressive coaching sessions that promote participation in PE and school sport.
- Organising inter-school and intra-school competitions to foster teamwork and a love for physical activity.
- Acting as the school link to Northamptonshire Sport and other external sporting bodies.
- Encouraging pupils to push their boundaries, stay active, and develop a lifelong passion for health and fitness.
- Promoting inclusivity by identifying and overcoming barriers to participation.
- Supporting extracurricular sporting activities and out-of-school events.
- Monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and working with colleagues to enhance student engagement.
- Assisting in school trips, lunchtime activities, and before/after school programs.
A dynamic and enthusiastic individual with experience in sports coaching and physical education. - A role model who inspires and motivates students to achieve their best.
