Sports and First Aid Coordinator

Contract: Part-time (30 hours per week), term-time-only.

Working hours: Working hours are 8.30 am to 4.30 pm (4 days a week). You will be required to work a Wednesday and Friday. There is flexibility with the other 2 days.

Salary: SFCA support staff pay scale 11- 15 (£19,630.25 - £22,074.27)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Sports and First Aid Coordinator to lead our competitive sports enrichment programme and coordinate first-aid provision across the college.

In this varied role, you will organise and support a wide range of sports activities, fixtures and events, helping students develop teamwork, leadership and personal skills through participation in competitive sport. You will work closely with sports staff, external partners and students to ensure the successful delivery of an inclusive and high-quality sports programme.

Alongside coordinating sports provision, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day first-aid administration across the college, helping to maintain a safe environment for students, staff and visitors.
