Full Job Description
To provide administrative and organisation functions relating to all future sports development of Stanley Park Sports Ground.
Ensure that all sections of the community are aware of available council activities, facilities and where they can go to get involved either for fun or up to competition standard.
Responsible for the distribution of information and organise sport related projects, classes, programmes, coaching, club development and training.
To provide administrative and organisation functions relating to the booking of Stanley Park Sports Ground to community and corporate hirers and private hirers.
Experience of working in a busy environment
Experience of booking systems used in venues, hotels, theatre or similar
Experience of working in sports and leisure facility
Understanding or experience of working with Word/Excel
Good verbal and written communication skills
Customer service/contact
Qualified to GCSE level in English and Maths
Good organisation and time management with ability to work as part of a team
Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and make decisions
A positive approach to work and flexible approach to hours of work
Outgoing and personable manner
