• Develop and deliver engaging sports programmes tailored to the individual needs of SEN students
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that encourages participation and skill development
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to student support
• Continuously assess and adapt teaching methods to meet the evolving needs of your students
• Actively participate in staff development opportunities and share best practices
  
  Relevant sports coaching qualifications or a degree in a sport-related field
• Experience working with individuals with special educational needs, preferably in a sports or educational setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
• A genuine passion for inclusive education and a commitment to creating a positive impact
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment
