Are you passionate about sport and working with children? Do you enjoy inspiring young people to develop confidence, resilience and a love of learning? If so, Weston Green School would love to hear from you.


We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Sports Coach / Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and ambitious team. This is a varied and rewarding role, combining sports coaching with classroom support, and offering the opportunity to make a real difference to children's development both on and off the sports field.


Working closely with our teaching staff and Director of Sport, you will help deliver an engaging sports programme, support pupils in lessons, contribute to extra-curricular activities and play a full part in the life of our thriving school community.


The successful candidate will:

  • Enjoy working with primary-aged children.

  • Be a positive role model who can inspire confidence and enthusiasm.

  • Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.

Hours


Three days per week: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 8am - 5pm
