Full Job Description
The Roche School is seeking a confident and passionate sports coach with particular skills in netball and cricket to join our supportive and dynamic team. The school teaches some 200 children and prides itself in providing a higher proportion of sport than any of its competitors. We are currently London Youth champions in Netball.
The ideal candidate will be able to teach a variety of sports and maintain the highest levels of professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging sports sessions for students of all ages
- Encourage participation, teamwork, and fair play among students
- Support the development of physical skills and overall fitness
- Help organise school sports events and activities
- Work closely with teaching staff to promote health and wellbeing through sport
Skills and Qualifications:
- A genuine interest in sports and working with young people
- Good communication skills to motivate and encourage students
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Basic organisational skills

- Enthusiasm for promoting physical activity within the school community
- Patience, kindness, and understanding towards children's individual needs
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment where every student feels valued
