Sports Centre Duty Manager (Bank) [Ref: CC0014]

As a Duty Manager, you'll play a key part in the day-to-day running of the Sports Centre. You'll be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining safety and cleanliness, setting up for activities, and ensuring our customers have a great experience.,

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Sports Centre during your shift.
• Provide excellent customer service and deal with queries or issues promptly.
• Supervise and support centre staff to ensure effective team performance.
• Support events, bookings, and activities.
  
  We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as a Duty Manager at the Chichester College Sports Centre on a flexible bank basis.
This is an ideal opportunity for university students studying sport, leisure, fitness or related fields who want hands-on experience in running a busy, customer-focused facility. You'll gain valuable operational and leadership skills whilst working in a professional and supportive environment.,
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A flexible and proactive approach to work, especially during evenings and weekends.
• First Aid at Work certification (or willingness to obtain).
