Spiritual Services Lead

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work occasional weekends for events and family support activities, This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead spiritual care within a renowned children's hospice. You will provide expert leadership and guidance, ensuring that spiritual, emotional, cultural and religious support is accessible both within the hospice and through our community outreach services.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll support children and families through times of uncertainty, grief, end of life and bereavement, helping them find meaning, comfort and connection in ways that are important to them.

You'll also play an important role in supporting staff wellbeing through reflective practice and wellbeing-focused approaches, whilst contributing actively to our Values, Culture and Inclusion Group.

At Rainbows Children's Hospice, we provide specialist palliative care and end-of-life support to more than 750 babies, children and young people living with life threatening and life-shortening across the East Midlands. Simply put, we're here to brighten short lives and support every family, wherever they are.
