Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Spiritual Care Worker with a Theological qualification to work within the Therapy Team to provide spiritual, religious and emotional support to patients, relatives and carers in various settings - Community, Community Care Units, outpatients, and within our In-Patient Units. This is a chance to make a real difference to peoples lives.
To thrive in this role, you will need to demonstrate knowledge and experience in multi-faith issues and conducting religious and non-religious services according to the wishes of the patient and/or family.

This is an exciting time for St Elizabeth Hospice, as we are developing an achievable and sustainable palliative and end of life care service for the residents of Ipswich and East Suffolk and Great Yarmouth and Waveney. Its a time of expansion, development and investment in the Hospice Team.
