Full Job Description
- Lead high-energy, 45-minute spin classes in a fully equipped spin studio
- Use heart rate monitors to guide and motivate participants through performance-based training
- Deliver a motivating and engaging experience for riders of all fitness levels
Experience teaching spin/cycling classes (certification preferred) - Strong communication and motivational skills
- Comfortable using or learning to use heart rate technology
- Flexibility to teach weekday and weekend classes
